Step 2: A Free 30-Minute Introductory Call
I will respond to arrange a complimentary 30-minute call. This is an informal, no-obligation conversation. It gives you space to ask questions, outline what you’re looking for, and get a sense of how I work.
In therapy, the relationship matters. It’s important that you feel comfortable, heard and able to speak openly. This call is an opportunity for us to see whether we feel like a good fit and whether working together feels right for you.
Step 3: Deciding Next Steps
After our call, you can take time to reflect. If you would like to proceed, we can agree on a regular session time and discuss practical details such as fees and availability. If I’m not the right person for you, I’m happy to suggest alternative options where possible.
