Postpartum Group Therapy for Mothers
An 8-Week Therapeutic Group for Matrescence & Early Motherhood
A gentle, structured space for mothers navigating the emotional, relational and identity shifts that come with becoming and being a mother.
You don’t have to do this alone
Motherhood can bring many different emotions and challenges.
There may be overwhelm, guilt, grief for your former self, anxiety, isolation, or a quiet sense of “Who am I now?”
You may be feeling something very different to how society presents motherhood to to be.
This group offers the experience of being witnessed by other mothers in the same season of life. The relief of not having to explain yourself. The strength of shared understanding.
This is an 8-week therapeutic group for mothers in postpartum and early motherhood.
Together we may explore:
The emotional impact of matrescence
Birth experiences and their ripple effects
Nervous system regulation tools
Identity shifts and self-trust
Anxiety, low mood or overwhelm
Body image and reconnection
Relationship changes after becoming parents
Sessions are facilitated with non-judgement and grounded in a trauma-informed and somatic approach.
This is a space for you.
To reflect, be in community and to receive some useful tools to support you when you are giving so much.
