I offer integrative humanistic and somatic therapy for women navigating different life stages.

This might include pregnancy, matrescence, miscarriage, postpartum changes, identity shifts, birth experiences, hormonal and chronic conditions (PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS), perimenopause, menopause, and other significant life transitions that shape how we experience ourselves and our relationships.

Within these life stages, there is often the birth of a new version of you and a new identity.

These transitions can be disorienting, tender, and overwhelming all at once.

Many women find there is a gap between what they were told this time would feel like and the reality.
