How I work
I am a humanistic integrative counsellor and somatic practitioner. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches – including Person-Centred, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic therapy – to respond to you as an individual/ couple, rather than following a fixed method.
I work somatically, inviting gentle awareness of the body to help you slow down, access deeper insight, and listen to what your nervous system may be holding.
